tg1971 may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly when a withdrawal above a certain amount is requested. Each user may only hold one account — creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any bonuses being cancelled.

- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — a mobile banking or bank account registered in the account holder's own name is required.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
tg1971 offers various bonuses for new and regular users. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions and is closely monitored to prevent misuse.
Welcome Bonus (100% on First Deposit)
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳32,000.
- The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before withdrawal.
- The bonus is given only once — one bonus per new account.
- Bonuses have a set claim deadline; if not claimed within the deadline the bonus will be cancelled.
VIP Cashback Program
tg1971's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit at each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated every Monday and added to the account. The cashback amount is withdrawable as cash.
Bonus Misuse is Prohibited
Any of the following activities will be considered bonus misuse and may result in account closure:
- Using low-risk betting strategies for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
- Claiming multiple bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Creating accounts under multiple family members' names to claim bonuses.
- Placing opposing bets using bonus funds.
